Andrea from The Urban Cheese Company will guide you through the art of cheesemaking with live demonstrations on how to successfully whip up Whole Milk Ricotta and Quick Mozzarella.
Meanwhile, Laura from Wine Divine will expertly pair each cheese with a curated selection of wines to sip and savour.
