Description
Named for the Hector's dolphins that swim off Akaroa, Hector's
Gin comes in flavour profiles foraged from Banks Peninsula.
Kelp, mânuka, thyme, lavender, and lemon myrtle gathered by local
foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a dry gin with a
slight minerality on the finish.
Superb for mixing or in a classic summer G&T.
