Once harvested, the fruit was pressed and clarified as quickly as possible. The juice was fermented at cool temperatures to capture the vibrant fruit flavours from the vineyards. Post ferment the Gisborne portion was transported to Marlborough where blending occurred.
Lifted florals, stone fruit and pear aromas are interlaced with papaya, honeysuckle and quince notes. The fleshy palate shows luscious tropical & stone fruit flavours with a subtle ginger spice aspect. A lovely ripe acidity carries the full palate through to a lovely mineral finish.
