Cava made in the Champagne method. Bright, soft fruit flavours. White peach, apple, pear, melon and lime fruit on the nose, with a gentle creamy smokiness from the time this Cava spent on its lees. Rich flavours of apple, honeydew, peach and mineral notes on its fruit-forward and nicely balanced palate, with a clean, tropical fruit-infused finish.
The traditional Cava grapes come from vines of around 50 years old and are naturally low yielding of high-quality fruit. The wine spends 18mnths on the lees, building complexity.
