Our Coast speaks of New Zealand’s coastal identity, using native New Zealand Kelp and Marlborough sea salt to bring a sense of New Zealandness to the gin. Inspired in part by the melding of a cocktail olive into the DNA of the gin.
BOTANICALS: Juniper, Marlborough Sea Salt, Native Kelp, Black Cardamom, White Peppercorns, Wormwood, Coriander, Angelica Root, Fennel Seed, Liquorice Root and Orris Root.
Salt and white pepper gin with an unctuous mouthfeel with a long length. Hints of black cardamom and juniper-forward.
