This wine’s colour is straw with green/gold undertones. The initial aromas should intrigue the taster as they already show a complexity rarely present in a non-vintage Brut. The biscuity gives away some lovely spicy, herbaceous tones of thyme, blonde tobacco and dried flowers. The palate is intense showing the same biscuity, faintly honeyed notes. Gingerbread, almonds and hazelnuts blend with peach and ripe apricot. This cuvée is best described as having the soul of a vintage wine in the body of a non-vintage.
