Get fine wine delivery to your doorstep in Auckland and anywhere in NZ. We process online wine delivery orders Monday to Sunday, except for the usual major holidays - Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day and the morning of ANZAC Day. Our online fine wine delivery costs are calculated based on the postcode of the location in NZ and the number of bottles purchased in a single transaction. Will the Coronavirus outbreak impact my fine wine delivery?

Alcohol and wine delivery are considered an essential service under the Coronavirus guidelines in NZ. We are putting extra measures in place when dispatching your wine delivery, such as maintaining a safe 2m distance throughout our warehouse and office, and ensuring gloves and hand sanitisers are used when handling your wine delivery.

Fine Wine Delivery NZ

We’ve implemented a simple contactless fine wine delivery system. When your order arrives, the driver will stay two metres away from you. You’ll still need to show ID – place it on the ground in front of you and step away so the driver can see it. The driver will then leave your package a safe distance away for you to collect.

To help facilitate the speedy delivery of your parcel, please ensure you provide a mobile number when placing an order and follow the tracking information provided closely to ensure you don’t miss your online fine wine delivery.

Winery delivery as a gift to friends and family

You can choose to have your online fine wine delivery sent to an address other than your billing address, such as your place of work or to a friend or relative. Simply add an alternative delivery address at the checkout.

Fine wine delivery on a selected date

If you need to have your order delivered on a specific date in the future, you can also select this at the checkout.

What are the rules around wine delivery in NZ?

We can’t leave restricted goods such as wine unattended at an NZ address. So please make sure that someone over the age of 18 will be available to sign-off the wine delivery – and they must have ID on them too.

Can I track my order?

Once we dispatch your wine delivery, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number which you can use to track your order via our appointed courier tracking service.

What should I do if my order is late?

If you do not receive your wine delivery within the estimated time, please get in touch with us via 021844308, and we will try to rectify the issue as speedily as possible. Please bear in mind that as we use external carriers to make our deliveries, we are unable to offer a fully guaranteed service.

What should I do when my wine delivery has missing or broken items?

If your order has been damaged before delivery or is missing items, please contact the support team here with your order details. We will then look into arranging a replacement or a refund.
