The Vegan Wine Project - Rosé

Gentle pressing of the grapes releases perfectly coloured juice for this Rosé. The juice is fermented using a combination of cultured and naturally occurring yeast to produce a range of fresh and vibrant flavours.


Tasting Note
Light coral pink in colour. Aromas are reminiscent of freshly picked strawberries and Turkish delight. The light-bodied palate captivates with more Turkish delight, a fine texture and a fresh, dry finish.
Enjoy with tomato and capsicum paella or a fresh fennel, pink grapefruit, pomegranate and mint salad.
