STORE TEMPERATURES
Houston ́s surprisingly hot, humid and constantly changing climate has proven to be the optimal atmosphere for the maturation of our whiskey. This allows to develop a unique and complex flavor comparing to other whisky-making areas.

ANGEL SHARE
Angel shares varies greatly barrel to barrel and also year to year. On average we expect to have an Angel share of 29% of the original volume of alcohol that was filled into the barrel at 3 years.
